Hospitality and Student Housing

Shad Engineers team has more than 27 years of experience in design of hospitality and student housing.  Our most recent project is fully occupied by 180 Students from an International Business School. The housing site is located on the beautiful Lake Merritt in Oakland California.

 

Our most recent hospitality is Hotel Clariana, currently under construction in the greater downtown San Jose, California.
