Michael Shadman, C.E., S.E. President
Michael Shadman is the president of Shad Engineers & Shad Design Group.
Michael received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1986 and later, a Master of Science degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from San Jose State University in 1992.
His expertise and passion is in the renewable energy and green building technology and currently involved in planning and implementing a Bio-Diesel plant in Northern California.
Michael Shadman has more than 35 years in real estate design, development and construction administration management, including architectural, civil and structural engineering. His fingerprint is mapped over more than 2500 real estate development projects including some of the most fully automated, dairy, food and meat processing plants in California and Arizona. Michael began his career working for various architectural and engineering firms and garnered civil and structural engineering licenses in state of Arizona, California, and Hawaii.

Mehran Soltanzadeh is a project Manager at Shad Design . Since joining Shad Design in 2013, Mehran has been an indispensable asset to the firm.
Mehran has more than 20 years of architectural, CAD design experience. He received his bachelor of Architecture from the Azad University of Tabriz- Iran
Mehran's expertise spans a wide variety of new and renovations of various project types including commercial parks, residential-industrial city, warehouses, subway system, outlets, museum and residential. He is especially well-versed in project management and construction administration. He has successfully guided many projects through the entitlement process, skillfully negotiating with user groups, neighborhood groups, consultants, and regulatory agencies in order to gain consensus and keep these projects on schedule. He is flexible in his approach, easily accessible to clients, and an excellent communicator with the entire project team.
Ladan Sadeghi, Architectural Designer
Project Manager
After completing her master’s degree program from the Azad University of Hamadan- Iran, Ladan Sadeghi moved to the Bay Area where she joined Shad Design since 2014. In her over a year with the firm, Ladan has worked on a wide range residential projects, as well as adaptive reuse of commercial and multi-family housing. She’s played a key role for interior design projects as artistic design. Ladan excels in project team communication and maintains positive on-going relationships with clients, consultants through project completion and beyond. She has taught architectural design courses at architectural schools in Iran.
